High Expectations Balloons were so helpful in making my daughter’s birthday away from home special. I contacted the business with questions and received a timely reply from Angie. The balloon bouquet was beautiful, way bigger and nicer than the picture. The timing was perfect- my daughter had a short break between classes and Angie arrived at the right time and caught her in the dorm during her break. It was a perfect surprise! I would highly recommend this business.

My niece is sick and in the hospital. My kids wanted to send her a balloon to cheer her up today. My mom recommended Angie. I submitted a request online and then also called to make sure she wasn’t on vacation since it was a holiday week. She messaged me back and has been in contact all day to get this balloon delivered.
